Laura Saucedo is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 26 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career in the U.S. military, where she continues to proudly serve today.
For over two decades, Laura has been passionate about teaching and mentoring—guiding everyone from brand new nursing students to medical professionals advancing their skills in aesthetics and wellness. She has also served as a national trainer for Lumenis Aesthetics, sharing her expertise in lasers and light-based treatments.
Laura leads a wonderful team of beauty and wellness professionals at The BODi Shop, based in Texas and serving clients across multiple states. As a faculty member with Empire Medical Training, she brings her approachable, real-world teaching style to providers looking to grow their skills and practices.
💡 Fun fact: Laura spent nearly four years as a Military Drill Sergeant, teaching our nation’s volunteers the values of service and commitment to country.
At home in Harlingen, Texas, Laura enjoys life with her husband of 25 years, a retired Air Force veteran, their two college students, and the cutest cats and dogs you’ve ever seen.
